Job Title: Integration and Test Electrical Engineer

Location: New Church, VA

Job Description

The chosen candidate will manage assembly, integration, and test of space launch vehicle flight hardware at the launch site.


  • Hands-on electrical integration of flight hardware

  • Developing/maintaining processes and procedures for vehicle assembly and vehicle testing

  • Hands-on electrical testing of flight hardware

  • Documenting and pursuing root cause of discrepancies found with hardware


  • Minimum 10 years hands-on integration and test or related experience required

  • Rocket system experience required

  • Experience mentoring/managing less experienced electrical engineers preferred

  • Travel availability 5%


Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred. Sufficient work experience may be considered in place of degree.
