As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll help in providing technical and application support to our engineers and design teams. Working with other members of the team, you’ll perform detail design and quality control and assurance for life safety systems, communication and security systems, grounding and lightning protection systems, lighting systems, control systems, medium or low voltage power, emergency and standby power, and uninterruptible power systems. During your time with us, you will you’ll perform the routine aspects of assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principals, as well as lead a team of electrical engineers, designers and drafters from project kick off to design and/or construction completion. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineer with a course concentration in power systems or motors
Professional Engineering License in Electrical
At least 15 years of applicable experience
Familiarity in the National Electric Code (N.E.C.)
Experience in successful management of project financials, staffing, and resource allocations
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Experience in CAD or 3D CAD
Experience with LEED AP
Experience with Microelectronics
