As a Sr. Electrical Engineer for MTS, you will be responsible for all phases of design, development and support of electronic controllers and data acquisition products used in all testing systems MTS delivers. Responsibilities Include: * Embedded Hardware Engineering support in concept development, design, implementation and product support of real-time control and data acquisition products used in MTS testing equipment * Support role in overall system architecture design. Lead role in sub-systems design * Provide technical support for internal and external customers * Provide technical support for Contract Manufacturing partners in production related issues * Provide and maintain documentation to support engineering process * Assisting and leading documentation and processes that conform with ISO quality objectives * Participate in internal and external continual improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications: * BS deg. in Engineering & 5 yrs professional engineering experience * Demonstrated understanding and application of digital signal processing concepts * Demonstrated understanding and experience with analog circuit design (Op-Amps, transistors) * Experience with FPGA's and HDL programming language * Experience with .NET development * Experience with embedded firmware development Additional Qualification
