Raytheon Senior CCA Electrical Engineer in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description: Senior Engineer to interface and coordinate with multi-functional team (engineering, quality, operations, EXIM) and customers (GD, Draper, Navy) as the Engineering Lead in support circuit card assembly (CCA) production. Duties include leading Test Review Board (TRB), co-lead the Material Review Board (MRB), review & assess engineering document changes as a stakeholder for Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB), guide nonconformance/failure investigations, and provide technical risk assessments in Risk Review Board (RRB). This person will provide technical oversight of program process compliance, implementation of Trident required processes, support annual program audit. Required Skills: Must have at least 10 years related experience in CCA production for high reliability/Space application Capable of functioning in multi-disciplined teams across multiple time zones Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time US Citizenship Ability to access US only data systems Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time domestically and internationally Ability to lead and take ownership – self manage Ability to communicate and present to Customers Desired Skills, Value, and Behaviors: Knowledge of Program or Raytheon operations & tools (VM) Skilled in operating within interdependent teams Keep commitments Comfortable with communicating issues Required Education: BS in Engineering or related field (Advanced Technical degree desirable and preferred) This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons 114405
