The ACST organization within Honeywell has an immediate opening for an Analog Engineer III in Broomfield Colorado. This candidate would join a team of electrical engineers responsible for developing a complex Electronic Control System capable of controlling digital, analog and RF signals.

•The candidate will be involved in the research/development of a control system capable of controlling hundreds of signals of various types.

•Specific responsibilities will include RF and Analog design for prototypes circuits and new product development. Design efforts will include the introduction of changes into an existing product to enhance capability and ease of use.

•The position will work closely with other engineers and scientists in co-located cross functional R&D team.

•Be challenged by working in a fast pace environment on state of the art product research and development.

•Utilize Six-Sigma tools as appropriate to maximize product quality and design efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelors Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering

•U.S. citizenship required in order to obtain and maintain government security clearance

WE VALUE

•Masters of Electrical Engineering

•6+ years of analog engineering work experience is preferred

•Analog/RF circuit design expertise ranging from DC to 15GHz.

•Familiar with RF/Electrical simulation and model-based design tools such as Applied Wave Research (AWR) Microwave office

•Strong RF, digital and analog troubleshooting skills and familiarity with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzer etc

•Software Radio Design experience highly desired

•Detailed circuit design and simulation experience including amplifiers, mixers, filters and synthesizers

•Experience with amplifier stability analysis, impedance matching including low noise designs.

•Experience with PID Controllers (three term controller) control loop feedback mechanisms.

•Experience with schematic capture and PWB design tools (Altium)

•Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) preferred.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

•Strong leadership, interpersonal relationship and team skills.

•Experience with PDM systems.
