Anticipated Duration:Summer 2018

Position Summary:

As a member of the electrical engineering department, provide imaginative, practical and thorough electrical engineering design support for new product development and ongoing production. Support cross functional teams to develop new communications system devices for commercial and residential uses.

Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible for support to project teams.

  2. Creates and evaluates prototypes for new or improved products.

  3. Performs verification and validation tests and analysis to specific, detailed requirements.

  4. Generates printed wiring board layouts and documentation.

Skills and abilities:

  • A creative individual with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of electrical simulation with experience in Ansys, HFSS is desired.

Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering Program.

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
